At Fetchia, we stand behind our boredom-busting product selections. We want you and your furry co-pilots to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. That is why we offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Window from the date your package is officially scanned as delivered by the tracking carrier.


🐾 Mandatory Strict Pet Hygiene Clause

Due to strict global veterinary health, sanitation, and safety regulations regarding animal cross-contamination, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any pet toys, beds, or accessories that have been opened, used, chewed, introduced to saliva, or contaminated with pet hair. To be eligible for a return, your items must be completely brand new, unopened, and in their pristine original factory packaging with all security tags intact.

🛠️ 1. Broken, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

If your order arrives damaged due to rough postal transit or has a mechanical factory malfunction (such as an electronic launcher asset failing to boot), you are 100% protected.

  • Reporting Deadline: You must email our support team within 48 hours of package delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Please provide your order number alongside a brief, clear video or photograph demonstrating the fault or damage.
  • Resolution: Once the damage is validated by our system, we will dispatch a brand-new free replacement product immediately, completely at our expense.

📋 2. The Step-by-Step Return Process

If your item is unopened and meets our criteria, please follow our authorization timeline strictly:

  1. Request Authorization: Email support with your order number and request a return. Do not send items back without confirmation.
  2. Receive Return Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide you with a specialized return address label corresponding to your regional consumer market hub.
  3. Mail the Parcel: Pack the item securely and drop it off at your local postal service. We highly suggest selecting a tracked service, as Fetchia cannot refund packages that vanish in return transit.

🛑 Do Not Mail Back to the Package Label Address

Please DO NOT ship your package back to the international warehouse fulfillment address listed on your original shipping box. Those facilities are automated outbound sorting docks and do not possess inbound logging systems. Any package sent there will be discarded, and your return will be permanently invalidated. Always use the address provided by our support team.

🏷️ 3. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Except in circumstances involving a validated factory defect or order processing error on our part, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping carrier costs. Original shipping charges incurred during checkout are non-refundable.

💳 4. Refund Processing Windows

Once your return package safely arrives at our verification hub and is inspected for unopened validation, we will initiate the refund.

  • Processing Time: Internal inspection and refund triggers take **3 to 5 business days** from delivery notice.
  • Banking Timelines: Approved refunds are automatically returned directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.). Depending on your banking institution's processing infrastructure, the capital typically posts to your statement within **5 to 10 business days**.
